A single point of contact will accompany the organiser from the project’s design phase right through to the end of the event.

They will coordinate the work of technical and logistics teams throughout your event’s organisation.

They will be active in all stages of the event’s preparation, following a quality process that guarantees both safety and peace of mind in its implementation.


CSR approach

CSR approach

The Tourist and Convention Office has embarked on a CSR approach through the implementation of a responsible management system applied to its event activity, with a view to obtaining the ISO 20121 label.

As such, Antipolis seeks to reduce its environmental footprint and support all events-industry actors involved in its activity towards more environmental virtuous and friendly practices.

These new practices have been implemented, with the centre now incorporating environmental and social criteria into the organisation and management of its activities.

Antipolis has been awarded the Qualité Tourisme™ certification with a compliance rate of 94.65%.
